The Belgian government has declared that, in view of recent worldwide interests in the Flattop / aircraftcarrier campaign, they can not stay behind and have set aside a budget to update the strenght of the Belgian Navy.
In fact, the first of a fleet of two aircraftcarriers have already been delivered.
Rumours are that Revell is in close contact with our prime minister for the rights to build this beauty in 1/72.
This story will undoubtably continue.
I will keep you informed.
For now, we'll have to settle with the first official pic:

I think that is a very interesting Flattop 1/72 subject to be made :-)
