Hi all,

I also would like to tell all of you, that this review was made in January this year, and the great "pusher" was Garry!
He was the one that really gave me the courage to tackle this little article - which is my first published one (in English).

Please, give me your inputs, so that I can improve and make things better!

Also I would like to invite the Warship usual members to try and write an article!
(hint hint)
Try, at leat once

Skipper Great write up! Please keep them coming. Your knowlege of subs has been a great help during DDD. Not being a naval builder I have few references on ships / subs. This is a review that makes me want to build this one. I just may wait for the 1/72nd version though.

Skipper,

I thought the review was very well written. The inclusion of the technical data and sources was excellent. It was concise, yet broad enough to provide the reader enough information to have a basic understanding of the boat.

The build steps I also felt were well written and the numerous reference photos helps to clarify some aspects. For me, the most informative was the discussion of the weathering techniques that you used, especially those involving the the salt corrosian and of course, the dicussion of where to add rust and what materials you use to achieve this.

IMHO, the review was and would be very helpful to anyone who plans to build this kit. In fact, it has regenerated an interest in my Revell Type XXI and the idea of purchasing the review kit in the future.

I do have one question, how many Marlboros did it take for this sub?

Yo ho ho..Steve's got to go

Ahoy Mates

You are all very kind!
Thanks for the trust

Glad that I made you wonder about building more subs - they are fun builds

Regarding the Marlboro pack... one a day

Thank you all once again

*LOL* Sure, sure Skip. Is that with or without complications in the building process? :-)
