A while ago there was a post here about a scratchbuild 1/72 enterprise, which was simply stunning.
Now I found below site about hms invincible... i'm not sure about the scale, but I think the pics say it all.

I would say that by judging from the pictures with the owner in the front beside the harriers, and one of him behind some of the figures....he is holding his fingers up to represent the size...I would venture a guess that it is in the range of 1/35-1/24 scales.

AHH Skip....he stores that one down at the yacht club.  I didn't know they made Harriers that big, but I agree, this looks like 24th scale

Maybe the Harriers are scratchbuilt as well?

Yes, there is a 1/24 conv avail from Heritage Aviation. If you try the Linden Hill page they used to have some of their products.
