Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, but does anyone make models of some of the post-WWII Russian submarines (LIke the Hotel, Foxtrot, or Romeo-class ships)?

I appreciate any help.

Another source is Trident Hobbies. They carry Yankee Model Works which are resin kits but the more obscure Russian subs such as Akulas, Novembers ,Oscars, and the like. I believe they're all 1/350th scale...but don't quote me on that.

I dig Russian subs too...

As Skipper would call me...

Lets not forget that DML has a line of Russian subs as well.

1/350th Typhoon
1/700th Typhoon, Aluka, Oscar, and several others.

Tamiya has a 1/700th Kursk waterline

I think Italieri or Revell has a 1/700th Kursk full hull as well.

Aaron,

here is the link to Trumpeter 1:144 kit build as Romeo:

http://www.deepwatermodels.com/gallery/romeo/

If you look after ebay you can obtain old Golf kit produced by Aurora in early 60's.

Thanks for all the replies everyone, the Romeo/33s are good, I'll just keep digging around for the Hotel and Foxtrot.

Maquette also has a few in 1/400th scale.
They are small, little detail... little price...

Hi Aaron (and the rest of the Mates too!)

There's also Alanger 1/350
Alanger Website

And:
- 1/400 WWII Soviet subs from Maquete
- Revell 1/400 Typhoon (a good testbed - not very accurate)

Welcome aboard

For a Hotel and Foxtrot, the only way to get them in 1/350 is resin. I have seen both, but they may be OOP right now.

I think they may be avail. in 1/700 from Hasegawa or such.
