Howdy Gunny,

I've been away for awhile. Looks like I came back at the right time. I'm building the Texas for the build so I'm gonna get it down off the shelf and start getting busy. I hope everyone's builds are starting off well. I'll put up picks when actually get something accomplished. Talk to ya later.

I got more done this past weeked then I had intended. A storm knocked out the cable which deprived me of TV and the internet, so I worked on my ship. Spent a lot of time fitting and shapping pieces a non-productive task but as we all now extremely important, especially with the low-grade minihobbies kits. School ends tonight with my final exam, so that's it for 3 weeks. I gave up trying to find work and pulled a bunch of money out of my annuity to live on for the next 8 months. No extras, but will pay bills and keep my stress levels way down. If I do find some part time work it'll be gravy. More time for modeling. Thank God for a huge stash, so all I have to do is buy occasional paint and glue.

Hey, Steve...
I was laid off for four months this past winter...no money, but lot's of quality modeling time...like you, thank God for a nice stash of stuff to work with...I did find work in the spring though, modeling time over and back to work! Take it while you can, Bro, relax and enjoy...yeah the money is nice, but sometimes a little break from life is nice...
