I posted in the "Wanted" forums and not even a nibble....

Anyone know where I can get my hands on some 1/400th aircraft that would work for either the Foch or the Clemenceau? I have both carriers, but neither came with the aircraft. ( I inherited the kits from a friend who bought them at a show) I want to build one of them for the upcoming carrier campaign, but I think it would look stupid without aircraft on the deck.

HELF MICH BITTE!

Think this is what your looking for

The F-8s and Super Etendards should give you an airwing.

Well....I went through WEMs online catalog from product number 1 through 1059 and I wasn't able to find the aircraft...I did see that L'arsenal had the Super Etendards, and F8s but no Mirages or Fairey Gannets...I have to look again and see if the Helos they had were the right ones....I think they were. any one know how may aircraft you get with L'arsenal? I never found a number per set.

Helos:

Depending on the number of parts and PE, each set could have 3 to 5 planes

Steve
WEM carries the L'arsenal Accessories. They can be found by following theese steps.
Online Catalogue:Complete catalogue:Other Products:Accessories:Resin & Multimedia Accessories:1/400 Scale:L'Arsenal

The sets contain 5 aircraft each. I think you mean Alize instead of Gannet. The two planes look very alike. The Mirage series of fighters have all been land based. The crusaders were operated into the 90's before being retired. The super Etendard is only now being replaced with the Rafale. Unsure what helicopters the Aéronaval used.

Thanks David for the excellent web site. It also has a page on the Clemenceau. I managed to find the aircraft on WEMs page...thanks for the instructions!
And, I see what you mean about the Alize.

Thanks for all of your help
Steve
