1. PRINZ EUGEN
2.NELSON/RODNEY.
3.TRIBAL CLASS DESTROYER

Fed up of being US BB/CV and IJN-shipped to death by the likes of Tamyia, Trumpeter, Aioshima et al!

Prinz Eugen - or any of the Hipper class, or even a Graf Spee would be nice in 1/350.
Would go nice withe the Tamiya KGV & Bismarck, and the Trumpeter Hood!

If I see yet another US BB or CV issued I'll stamp on the box!

Skipper

Is Dragon monitoring this or are they asking you to send them a tallied report? I would be interested to see at the end which was the most requested, rough guess it looks like IJN Takao which was my first choice of the offerings

Hi Steve

My guess is that they will take some peek, but a full report will be sent to them.
This is a online version of a panflet they were distributing in Shizuoka Toy Fair... So the "votes" numbers and interests could be very different (diffrenet markets, different points of view and they have to please everyone)

Also they could take some ideas from "Other" entries, some of them very interesting

1. Prinz Eugen
2. Takao
3. Other.,HMS Warspite.

Choices 1 & 2 should be very popular, as are ships that modellers have asked for for ages & should sell well. For the 3rd choice, would like to see a Queen Elizabeth Class.

2) HMS Nelson Battleship
3) Other : HMS Warspite (or any other Queen Elizabeth class ...)
4) Other: SMS König
5) Other: HMS Indefatigable or the HMS Invincible

Hi Guys

Here are the results - late because of a issue with my internet connection, which although not on my direct power to solve it, it resulted in a huge delay on announcing the result of this poll!
For the delay, I am sorry... but let's get to the good part of this:

First Place with 34 votes DKM Prinz Eugen;
Second Place a tie with 29 votes between IJN Takao and HMS Nelson
Third Place with 22 votes goes to USS Baltimore
Fourth Place with 15 votes, HMS Belfast
Fifht Place with 8 votes, USS Arizona
and the final place of the given list, goes to DKM Bismark, with 2 votes.

A lot of Other Suggestions where brought to light, but I will only show on this list, the models that got more than 2 votes:

HMS Warspite (5 Votes)
IJN Akagi (4 Votes),
USS Texas BB (4 Votes)
HMS Dreadnought, USS Tarawa (both with 3 Votes)

- All the entries got votes, which reveals that even the most reproduced models in this scale have always space for improvement;
- Good amount of subjetcs poped in the Other Suggestion, and although it raised a little mayhem while I was making the votes count, some of the entries are very well thought and with high potyencial (even if they were only mentioned once)!

I would like to congratulate all the members that participated on this little survey.
Thank you and keep enjoying MSW

Skipper
