I've always been keen on building the Enterprise in the 1:400 scale but the cost of the kit often discourages me. Has anyone built this one yet and if so, how did you find the kit?

Well, mate, er, uh....it's a future release...keep an eye on the news for updates of when it will be available.

That's the initial build of the Enterprise....the Pineapple top. The picture of the kit looks way to plain for my tastes. Glad I found a reasonably priced Tamiya 350 version on ebay.

Actually, it's a re-release. I built it a while ago. Don't remember much about the details but the fit was pretty good. Big seam in the flightdeck.
