here my method to make quick and easy tie down points on a carrier deck..the two photos says the story
hope to help some guys here.
I found this idea during a build for a customer a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig deck with some 300 tie downs....

This appears to be a brass rod, with the appropriate number of slots (in this case 5) cut into the end.

Great idea and fairly simple to make. The results look terrific.

I think it would only apply to modern carriers. what scale is that in?

That's the beauty! You can pick the appropriate diameter rod to match the size tie down for the scale you're working in, AND cut the correct number of grooves based on whether you've got a 4 or 5 bar tie-down.

I'm assuming this is a home made item here.
