Well, I got my buff's and vindy's in today. I've pretty uch assembed one of each. Gotta get them painted (they're totaly clear !!!). The decals are magnificent for them. After I get the one of each complete then I'll make a detailed exam of the ones I fabricated and the resin ones I bought. Like that I got an extra underframe for the buff as I can use the extra's on my fabricated wildats.

Can you show us some photos please? I'd like to see what they look like.

Are these the Trumpeter aircraft that come in a 6-pack ? Or some other brand ? I ask because the decals for the Saratoga aircraft (all bipes) are not only wrong but way off register ...

Well the initial report is that my renderings are OK at a distance but don't hold up at a close scrutiny. So when I get this batch complete, I'll not group them together which would make the modified ones stand out. Decals for the Buffs and Vindys are nice. Just the prewar stars and wing and tail stripes of various colors...no numbers
