Still waiting on news on the Alabama & Mass. battleships. Anyone here anything on those 2 ????
Would be great if TRUMPETER came out with an Alaska type cruiser, what a beautiful ship huh ??

Trumpeter has already released a battlecruiser in 1/350...the Hood.
I know what you mean mate. It would be wonderful to fill in the gaps a little faster. But boy, a New Orleans class would be nice.

Aww heck, this was already announced several weeks ago. It was/is due out in March. That Soviet aircraft carrier didn't sell very well from few years back (at least stateside), maybe it was big in Russia and the Ukraine (?) Really though they were going to finally pop the Bama on us. last year that was on their to be released this year (2006)project sheet.

Yeah the Hood was nice, people been clamoring for that one for a pretty long time.
But, I think american cruiser's of the time were beautiful ships. I think revell ?????? released a 1/350 scale of the Pittsburgh class back in the 60's. Only seen it on EBAY one time, so that tells you something about its availability.
Maybe if we grumble and bring it up everyday, trumpeter might hear us ???? hmmmmm.
Besides, we already have carriers, battleships, submarines & destroyers in 1/350 scale. I think its time for the cruisers to cruise on down and make a presentation.
What cha think.
