I apologize in advance for all of you who don't have a Hobby Lobby near you. I was in one of the four local Hobby Lobby stores today and was surprised that they are now carrying a larger selection of larger scale ships. This one had the 1/350 Tamiya Missouri and Fletcher, as well as the 1/350 Trumpeter Lexington, North Carolina, and The Sullivans. Right now they have a 40% off coupon, and probably before Christmas will have their 50% sale. At $130 I can't really justify that Trumpeter Lexington, but at $65 or so she sure is tempting.

If you haven't checked out their ship section lately you might want to check them out now.

That is interesting. Too bad I have all of them and I'm so blasted poor that even at half price I would have to give up food for a month.. Strongly strongly recommend any of those kits if you don't have them.
