There dont seem to be many British ww2 Destroyers in any scale.

White ensign have a couple but a little too expensive.
Dragon and Trumpeter do have loads of US and japanees destroyers,

what am looking for is a Tribal class in any scale.

Hey Karl. AeroPlast from Poland has two Tribal class destroyers in 1/600.

Commander Models makes one in 1/350 scale

didn't someone make one in 700 and sel it with a Hood or Ark Royal

Tamiya sells one with their Hood.

I found them but i think there a airfix rebox.



Yes they do ,pitty its only the waterline model i want the full hull kit.

That's a E class, representing HMS Electra that comes with the Tammy Hood.

Airfix also makes a 1/600 Tribal class, the HMS Cossack, the ship that rescued the allied prisoners captured by the Graf Spee. Airfix also has a set of four 1/600 destroyers, it has the Campletown, ex USS four piper type, the Hostspur, the Cossack, and a German Narvik class.

and then there's also the oldies:
Matchbox 1/700 Destroyer HMS Kelly
Skywave O-Class HMS Onslow (2 in the box)

Usually they are available at eBay (both kind of expensive...)

I would also love to have a Tribal or any other 1/350, 1/144 or 1/72 British destroyers. WEM and Iron Shipwrights sell some, but they are all resin and I have almost no experience working with it.

Resin is not hard or difficult to work with... just different!
You also have to be very carefull with your health, using a dust mask when sanding or cutting big parts with power tools (or jand saw).

Resin's not tough to work with, and we've got more RN subjects on the way.
