This material was compiled for builders of the newly-released 1/35 scale Italeri kit of PT 596 who want to back-date their model to a boat from the first series (PT 103-196, 314-367).

Packaged in a two-pocket portfolio, the material includes:

a. two sheets of 1/35 scale drawings of PT 103 as designed.
b. one sheet of 1/17.5 scale (200% enlargement) drawings of the 40mm MK3, 37mm M4 and M9, MK17 .50 caliber mount, MK1 roll-off rack for the MK13 torpedo, and MK18 21" torpedo tube.
c. several pages of information and modifications to the kit

THIS PACKAGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL MARCH 15, 2007.

I think if you wait a few months, there will be resin backdate sets made if this one hits as big as the 72nd scale Type VII did 3 years ago

Very cool Al. My 1/35 Adaptor masks will work well with these changes.
