Just about as long as me saying I was going to buy the Hood.

SO was it worth the wait ? Oh I have a ton of pictures and a Microsoft word document on what I did. I would like to email them to one of the feature editor guys so I can present an article. Rui did such a marvelous job last time with the Lexington.

I enjoyed the challenge ad it really was more intimidating on paper and in theory than the actual doing. Last time I sent Rui everything he needed to do my article on the Lexington over the internet. I am hoping he or Mark can do the same thing again, or put me in touch with someone who can do it this way. You will get a ton of photos and a nice one page description of what I did. She does look awful pretty and I sort of showed her off a bit when all the subassemblies were done and the hull section. I "put it together" or the club members here, but now with the props and all that on it she becomes house ridden. I still want to do some rigginh, but I need to look at some detail pix and add a little here and there.

OK boys and girls....just sent Skipper a bunch of stuff. should be seeing a feature article in a bit. LOts of in progress and close up pix for you guys who have been begging for them. I would have hated to have tried to go the other way on a covnversion....trying to do an initial config into the final. HOO_ BOY !!! That would have been a real challenge. I have one more Yamato. I think when I get around to it I'll try to do a mid-war conversion. Still will have to do some cutting and sanding, but It won't be anything like what I did. I still have left over brass from the first project so other than not getting the rear crane and catapults it'll get dressed up pretty good.
