I’m trying to do one of the 1/700 PE guys for on my grandfathers ship dio and looking for some advice. I’ve heard of using glue to make the guy a bit more 3D and am wondering what type I should use and what the best way to apply it is.
Any advice and help would be appreciated.

good old white glue works the best for me. I use a sewing needle to apply it to the figure.

Hey Harry. Welcome to Model Shipwrights.
White glue with a sewing needle, sounds like a plan. Do you thin the glue any?

1/700 PE people???
Where can this stuff be bought?
I've always wondered how some of the guys managed to make crews for their models.

Murdo I got a set of them made by Lion Roar called 1/700 Persons (yes thats what its called). I believe I got mine from great models web store.
Steve I’ll be sure to post something about it once I get a few done. Just trying one for practice now before I start to first small batch.

Murdo,
You can get them from most of the PE companys some even pre-painted,
WEM, GMM, Eduard and Lion Roar off the top of my head all do them in 700 and 350.
Ciao
Luciano
