Now available in 1/350 is the WWII concrete island "Battleship" of Manila Bay's El Fraile Island. I couldn't say it better myself, so here's their own description taken directly from the Blue Ridge Models website:

Our Fort Drum Concrete Battleship kit includes everything you would expect to have included in a model kit like this. The kit includes a solid resin hull, all resin parts sprues, large 2 sheet photo-etch set produced specific for the Fort Drum, brass turned barrels for all guns including the 14" main guns, 6" side guns, and 3" deck guns. Also included is ultra fine rigging line (for rigging the cage mast and also rigging the pulley system on the crane), "E" and "BATTERY MARSHALL" / "BATTERY WILSON" Decals for the turrets, and a full color printed instruction booklet and pull out parts checklist. Each kit is carefully packed in a die-cut foam insert inside of a nice looking sturdy gloss black box.
