The IJN fleet seems to be steaming ahead in full force, and the Isuzu is proof in the making!

Aoshima has been kind enough to provide the modeling community with more preliminary photos than usual, revealing what looks to be a very nice kit of the Isuzu in a very detail-friendly scale. The CAD images look fantastic, as do the sprues. Additional detail up parts will be available to suit your individual modeling preferences, which are intended to compliment each other. .

A full hull display kit with the hull molded in two halves, left and right. The deck is a molded into no more large and highly detailed sections than necessary, as are most large features. A small PE fret and a pinch of clear parts are included for that extra bit of realism. You should be left with a nicely detailed kit that is fun to build straight from the box.
