Three more WWII ships are in the works for 2013 from the ever improving Polish model company!

Mirage has announced three upcoming releases in their 2013 catalog, a pair of torpedo boats in 1/350 and a limited edition in 1/400.

I don't know much about the torpedo boats except that they are both the newer German A-class torpedo boats used in World War I, with A80 becoming the first ship of Poland's restructured navy (ORP) after the war.

The ORP BŁYSKAWICA is a very well documented Grom-class destroyer, and can still be seen in Gdynia where she resides and is cared after as a floating museum. The Grom-class destroyers served alongside the British Royal Navy just before and during WWII, making them and their crews some of the first Polish refugees into Britain.
