¹⁄700

Orange Hobby will be releasing another kit in their line on 1/700 scale ships. This time it will be a kit of the USS Whidbey Island (LSD-41). The Whidbey Island is a Harpers Ferry Class Dock Landing Ship, which was commissioned in 1985 and is still in active service.

As with their previous kits, it will be a waterline resin kit with a full photoetch detail set and decals.

No release date yet but it should be by the end of 2013 as it is currently available for pre-order at Free Time/Pacific Front Hobbies.
