Damon Burke takes the plunge and joins news team at MSW. Check inside to find out more!

Damon Burke has recently volunteered to help cover the growing amount of news here on MSW. While Damon has been active on the boards over on Armorama he has been a bit of a lurker over here on MSW. We thought it would be proper to get him on board with an acceptable role as news boy.

Damon has been building models since his child hood and mainly focuses on modern armor of the 1/35 variety. A trip to see the USS Constellation CV-64 during Fleet Week in San Francisco with his father in the early 1980's set the hook for his love of modern carriers. This coupled with watching his brother build some beautiful WWII capitol ships gave him the bug for ship building. He is keen to help out with swabbing the decks and whatever else needs doing.
