A retooling re-release of a WWII IJN Heavy Cruiser. The Takao was the first of four Takao-class heavy cruisers. She survived the war and ended her service as a target ship for the Royal Navy.
A Redesigned with new deck is to be featured for this relase along with:
- Funnels, binoculor and ammunition boxes are made in separate parts
- 8 inch main turret is opened
The kit (AOS000540) is slated for a July release.
