The buzz for this kit has been around since early 2012 with images of if coming out every few months. Now Wolfpack has a January 2015 release date listed on their website.
Every jet-qualified Naval Aviator and virtually every Naval Flight Officer from the late 1950s until 2004 received training in the T-2 Buckeye, a length of service spanning four decades. It entered initial service in 1959, and was replaced by the T-45 Goshawk in 2008.

This new kit (No.WP10005) is made up of 70 plastic parts and decals printed by Cartograf of Italy for the marking of 3 aircraft.

Hobby Link Japan has it listed for $22.60 (US) or €19.17 plus shipping but is not current;y accepting any more pre-orders. As more information of it's availability are made we'll report them here.

YESSSS! Finally a plastic kit of this plane! I need to build one of these for a family member who qualified on one years ago on the Lexington. Great news!

Just as an FYI, a 1/48 of it does exist from Special Hobby, if you'd be interested in a larger scale.
