Spanish for The Holy Mary of the Immaculate Conception the Santa Marķa, was the largest of the three ships used by Christopher Columbus in his first voyage and thus, one of the most famous ship names in naval history. What Zvezda is decribing as a 'new tool' kit is coming this spring.
This kit (No. ZVE6510) is also described as containing 4 sprues of parts in different colors, decals and an assembled length of 9cm (3.5 inches) and no glue required for assembly.

A release date of may is given at Dragon Models USA and a flyer from Dragon lists the price as $14.99 (US).

If you have any doubt about what can be done with a 3" sailing ship model I invite you to take a look at Tim Reynaga's build of the old Pyro Pinta kit for some wonderful results.
