Big Mo' was commissioned in June 1944, was the stage for the surrender ceremony for the Pacific War and conclusion of World War II, fought in the Korean War and Desert Storm. This new Detail Up Set is for the Tamiya kit (No 78029) representing the Missouri in her Desert Storm service.
Missouri received a total of 11 battle stars for service in World War II, Korea, and the Persian Gulf, and was finally decommissioned on 31 March 1992, but remained on the Naval Vessel Register until her name was struck in January 1995. In 1998, she was donated to the USS Missouri Memorial Association and became a museum ship at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

This set (No AD10001) includes 3 large PE frets, 21 metal barrels, wood deck, a masking sheet and resin blast bag parts.
