Pit-Road of Japan has announced the February 2016 release of PITHMG-04, a 1/350 version of the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force destroyer Akizuki.

At over US$200, this resin and white metal ship model kit is not exactly inexpensive, but from the photos of the built up kit it looks to be a first-rate effort by Pit-Road.

The JMSDF Akizuki can be preordered for „25,600 (approximately US$211.00) from Hobbylink Japan.
