Tetra Model Works has announced the release of set SE-70007, a photoetch brass update for the Yamashita Hobby destroyer Fubuki in 1/700 scale

This sharp little set provides rails, davits, funnel caps, depth charge racks, bridge windows and other goodies to make the most of your Fubuki. Although intended for the Yamashita Hobby release, the set would probably work for any of the old Tamiya or Skywave/Pit Road Fubuki-class destroyer kits as well.
