Dragon USA announces the release of Showcase Models Australia's 1/350 scale HMS/HMAS Vendetta soon!

Scale - 1/350
Model - SMA ANN002

HMS/HMAS Vendetta - V & W Class Destroyer from Showcase Models Australia is a styrene injection molded kit with photo etch parts and decals depicting the V & W Class Destroyers which were built from the tail end of the First World War to 1924. This kit supplies an extensive decal sheet which allows the builder the option of building any of the 67 ships built in the class.

I have just heard that the proprietor of Showcase Models has passed away. This is very sad news indeed .. Respects to him , his family and friends ..additionally I do not know how this will affect the new HMAS Vendetta model but it is also very sad news for the hobby.

Outstanding looking model, and with WWI possibilities. What with the 100th coming next month on Jutland a just passed on Dogger Bank how about a plastic 600, 700 or 350, M class destroyer from 1916, to go with the Iron duke or the Queen Elizabeth class BBs.
