Aoshima models of Japan has announced an etch set to go with their Akitsushima seaplane tender in 1700 scale.
Scheduled for release in March 2017, no image of the set is presently available.

The etch set is listed by Hobbylink Japan at http://hlj.com/product/AOS05177 and can be preordered now for ¥1,600 (about US$14.00).
