Fairy Kikaku models of Japan has announced the release of Manchukuo Imperial Navy warships in 1/700 scale.
This set of resin model kits contains parts to build two WWII era ships from the Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo (Manchuria).

They are listed by Hobbylink Japan at http://hlj.com/product/FIRS001 and can be ordered for ¥2,000 (about US$18.00
