Fairy Kikaku models of Japan has announced the release of Thai Navy warships in 1/700 scale.
This set of resin model kits contains parts to build three WWII era ships from Thailand. Also included is an airplane with Thai decals.

They are listed by Hobbylink Japan at http://hlj.com/product/FIRS016 and can be ordered for ¥2,000 (about US$18.00).

I recall some other southeast Asian and South American countries at the time had some big ships - per-dreadnaut battleships. I can't recall who.
