Round 2, under the Lindberg label, has reissued the Diesel Tug.
This model is a reissue of Pyro’s Diesel Tug first marketed in 1966. This kit was one of the releases apparently based on Model Shipways wood and metal kits, modeled so closely on them in fact that Pyro Plastics earned the nickname “Pirate Plastics” at the time from their unhappy competitor! The kit was reissued by Heller and Life-Like 1970s and again by Lindberg in the 1990s, and most recently by Round 2, who have been re-releasing many former Lindberg kits.

Item No: LND77221
Scale: 1/82
Skill Level: 2 (ages 10 and up)
Glue assembly, paint required

The Diesel Tug is available from various on-line retailers ranging in price from $25.00 to $30.00 (US) plus shipping.

Good news. IIRC, this model is a favorite amongst HO railroad modelers who model harbor scenes.
