Foresight Models of Japan has released a Japanese 2nd class destroyer IJN Kaba in 1/700 scale.
According to Hobbylink Japan,

Kaba class destroyer was promptly designed and built responding the start of the first World War. Eight ships are sent to the Mediterranean for escort vessels. Another twelve ships were exported to France and was in active service till 1930s. Rresin and white-metal kit of the old Destroyer. Hull is very finely-cast resin, and measures about 12.5 cm long; included are some resin parts (such as lifeboats etc.), white metal parts (guns, etc.), and brass rods for masts. One sheet of sharp decals are included for exterior markings.
