Pit-Road Models have just announced another great kitset release in its 1/350th range 1/350th IJN Escort HEI Type Very little detail is known about this release at present but we will of course let you know more details as it is made available. If the fanatastic box art is anything to judge by this is going to be a great kitset.

It is understood that this kitset will be is available shortly and at a price of 3,800 yen.

Thanks for the heads up Sean, I have built the 1/700 scale version and having a larger scale one to tinker on with some added bells and whistles possible in that size sounds like a heck of a deal. Now when some kit specific PE comes around to go with the already present weapons sets available I will be one happy camper.
