Pit-Road Models have just announced another great kitset release in its 1/700th range WWII HMS Battle Cruiser Renown 1942 . At present very little detail is known about this release but we will of course let you know more details as it is made available.

In the meantime enjoy the fantastic box art and these images of the built kitset.

It is understood that this kitset will be is available shortly and at a price of 4,500 yen.

Hi Sean Thanks for posting - this is good news, a Renown in plastic at last . I've got to ask; are those Airfix-style Aztec-steps/ ladders I see? I'm sure Kostas will strongly disagree All the very best Karol

Interesting choice for them to release. With the addition of a good PE set and some additional detailing it should be quite the nice project. Thanks for the heads up.

They are not Aztec Karol , i think they belong to the fifteen dynasty 1000 AC, still bloody ancient .They don't seem to be solid but rather single pieces that u glue on.
