One last hurrah, to the Dreadnought to the model show at the RAF museum and had a little success in the competition.

Simon,

congratulations to your 1st place, that one really is well deserved. I followed all of your build and I am still amazed every time I look at the cage aerials and the torpedo nets. Never seen anything comparable, just great!

Cheers,

Julian, Sean, Jam, Russell, Keith, Mike.

Thanks guys, much appreciated. I have to admit I was well chuffed myself, especially as I hadn't intended to put her in the competition when I went to the show, thought she would be better on the club stand, might attract comment from the punters. However we had a good turn out of members and she took up a lot of the limited display space, so into the completion she went.

There would appear to be photo of your build in the August Airfix model magazine Simon. Congratulations

Thank you Julian,

I was surprised to see it, and I must admit very pleased it was picked to go in the article.

To all of you guys that followed & commented on this build, was a great help on the journey (Might have said that before, but worth saying again.)

Thank you Michael,

It has been one hell of a build, I was nice to win at Hendon, and be have the picture of her in the Airfix magazine.

This is going to be a difficult build to top.

Cheers
