Si,
They are odd, nice job getting them installed.
Mark
Hi Mark,
They were fun to get together, although these little ships were specially built for the Navy, they were still fitted all the trawler gear. I reckon those of the class that carried paravanes used those as the points they were streamed from.
Thanks for looking in.
Cheers
Si

Greetings, just found this site. I just finished converting the Trumpeter Sullivans (1/350) to the USS Kidd DD661. So here I am trying to decide what project comes next. While I have a small box from Starling Models in one hand, I stumble upon your very well done log on building the HMS Sir Gareth.
My next project decision just became easier, Thanks.
Cheers, Harley

Si,
Another fine commissioning. I didn't notice the railing damage until you mentioned it. Looking forward to the next one.

Hi Mark,
I hope the railing damage has taught me to be more careful with my fat fingers.
I have appreciated the support along the way.

Thanks Thomas,
I do have a spot for these small, hard worked vessels. They did play an important role.

Thanks Russ,
Appreciated your support along the way, a few
were raised.
Family stuff relating to Christmas will likely keep me away from the "bench" until after the big day, so you will have a little wait.

Thanks Ned,
It is quite a lot of rigging for a small ship, but the rigging diagram in the instructions was very good indeed.
Thanks for looking in along the way
