Winners:
The Jury or Decision Board (Staff Members of MSW and other Staff members at Kitmaker.net) makes the choices of three winners (First, Second and Third places), and when the results are announced, it's also published a report where it's explained why were those models chosen. Construction, painting, weathering, presentation, layout, level of difficulty and so on. This way, we have a written proof of the analysis and if it is well written, a good reference for future projects. Also should include constructive criticism for the non winning entries if relevant, making the level of entries to get better and better!
And remember, that although this is a contest, this should be FUN!

All kidding aside is there any time set yet for the start date?
