I totally forgot to add one.
OK, here goes. The Navy uses colors on its valves to identify what is in the pipes controlled by the valve.
Red - Firemain
Yellow - Fuel Oil
Every hand wheel onboard ship is painted a color. But, there is only one fluid that requires the piping to be painted as well. What is that fluid.

At least in LAND (Fleet hospitals) its actually the POTABLE WATER that gets full legend status (everything labelled)

Every Pipe does get a label. But only one pipe is required to be painted the same color as its hand wheel.
