Hello all, I'm a bit sick of looking everywhere and still missing half the goodies. Maybe we can try to assemble a complete list of everything there is in the 1/350 scale. Ideally, we can add any related link from each item to each discussion/feature this forum and site has to offer.

I'll be reserving the next four posts for

- Plastic model kits of ships up to WW2
- Plastic model kits of ships post WW2
- Accessories (PE etc.)
- Model kits of other material

I'll be grateful for any assistance. If you know something, please post, I'll copy it to the post where it belongs.

If you think this is a good idea and worth a better management, feel free to do whatever you like. It doesn't have to be me who manages the first posts.

I would list both Dragon Buchanans since they are different time periods and different details might apply. Additionally, you missed their DD-459 Laffey kit. You might as well list the DD-429 Livermore 1942 kit as well as it's getting close.

Post WWII I have seen USS Ohio and Mobile Bay from Dragon, modern Enterprise from Tamiya, Nimitz, Ticonderoga and Lassen from Trumpeter. I have seen a lot of Russian and Chinese ships from Trumpeter but I don't remember the names.

The second Buchanan is dated 1945 and represents the ship as she was in Tokyo Bay at the surrender.

Do not forget the USS Kidd class and USS Spruance class ships.

Trumpeter and Dragon have also released a bunch of Chinese warships as well as modern submarines. They also have some Modern US crusiers, DD's and Frigates which I don't know have been mentioned. A lot of good kits some mediocre and some bad ones. Ask here before you buy and someone will always know something.

Acessories. Toms Gold MEdal and WEM and sometimes even Eduard make some nice brass. Lion's Roar makes super all encompassing sets. Hasegawa and Fujimei both ae making dedicated sets for their creations. Wooden decks are now the rage. I beleve both Hasegawa and Fujimi are making dedicated sets as well as the one Dade uses Shimigoosi or something like that.Sometimes it is just easier to go to webistes of the big retailers and just call up ship's accesories in 350 scale.

I recently stumbled over a 1/350 Arizona, but I don't remember where and can't manage to find it again to check if it's true.

Is there a 1/350 Arizona coming or did someone put a 1/700 ship on a 1/350 list?

There have been a couple of Arizonas.

Tom's Modelworks did 1921 and 1941 versions, then sold the 1941 molds to Iron Shipwright, who reworked it a bit.

A company called Banner released one back in 2000-2001, which was re-released under the Mini Hobby Models line... now HobbyBoss is set to re-release it. There was a different lower hull between the first two releases and it's unknown yet which one will be out with the HobbyBoss boxing.

Also, you need to add the Dragon Gearing to the list now under US Destroyers.. .1945 version to start.

Thank you, both added.

Hobby Boss also has a 1941 Italian Pola cruiser in their line up. I completely missed that!

WW2 is my primary interest and and try to get a complete list for that. Everything else is just icing on the cake for me, so I don't invest as much time.

I added some more things to the lists. It's hard to keep up with the pace at the moment.

I've heard rumours about a Fujimi Hyuga, is there anything to it?

Not sure about the Hyuga. There is also the Myoyo and Nagara (I think I spelled those right) and Taymai is doing the sister to the Mogami.

Plus there is rumor of a non-DD WWII ship from Dragon.
