In anticipation of doing some rigging and starting with the deck flag I broke out the decals very kindly supplied to me by Joe Passaseo (Grauwolf).
Thanks again Joe they are truly beautiful. I literally gotta get this finished for you mate.

Ahoy there
This E-Boat of mine often feels truly cursed!
The hull was all sealed up etc. then rattle rattle the kit lenses for three portholes fell loose inside. Got them out but I couldnt glue them back in so I tried just PVA glue no good. The result was too mirky so I tried Microscale Krystal Klear fantastic stuff indeed.
First time I have ever used it.
Problem solved!

Working on my list of things to I reviisted the tarp on the aft deck.
Here are some better quality shots after the tarp has had some more drybrushing Verlinden style:

With confidence building on to rigging the flag and some more rigging.

Well time to tackle the rear deck flag.
Well & truly inspired by Joes P's effort aka Grauwolf on hs E-Boat build it is lierally out with the old and in with the new:

Note: No offence meant by the correct & accurate use of the flag.

Sean I hope you will send in a build feature on your efforts here, or at the very least a photo feature when it is complete.

Another update but using a new image sharing site imgur.
Lets see how it goes!
Not sure what others use? Photobucket has just become very cumbersome indeed.
I was brave enough to want to start the rigging.
Decided to start inside out and realised I had no top spa! I think thats what its called.
Gulp!
Hasty look around and found it however of course its not painted.
Oh well its installed now paint to follow post rigging.

Go for it mate and don't regret dumping photobucket. I did the same about a year ago and never looked back. They never ever listened to their customers.................

Update time.
I am trying to avoid starting the rigging but still trying to get some progress!
Time to get the rear deck flag in place.
The flag itself needs some touching up but I am pleased with it since its really my first ever effort.
Thanks again to Joe for the flag. I am hoping my efforts somehow match your generosity.
