Terrific work on the conning tower Daniel. It amazes me how advanced the Type XXI was for its time. It still looks like something from a Sci-fi movie, rather than a WW2 design. I can't wait to see how it turns out. Now that you scratch-built this one, Revell of Germany will probably release it as a kit. (I hope)

Jajajaj thank you Taffy 3 !!! I kill myself if after so much waiting the friends of Revell extract a kit 1/72!!!!! Jajajajaj The XXI were very advanced for the WWII and did not incline the scale for his late entry in the war ..... but they were the base of the modern submarines of all the powers....

I think that Adolf Hitler was unwittingly the best thing that could have happened to the Allied cause. Thank God he didn't listen to Adm. Donitz, or most of his Generals. It would have been a different war if he had.
