I have the new Revell IXC and are looking forward to start on it, just finished an old 1/32 scale 32-Parallel Co. Type VIIC as a static display model and working on a newer OTW Design 1/32 type VIIC also static display for a friend personal naval collection. Been looking for ages an affordable 1/72 scale Revell type VIIC-41 ATLANTIC version uboat without luck to round up the collection.

Look forward to seeing your work on the IX...you can feel free to skip the XXIII for now....LOL. Your work inspired me to maybe try drilling out the deck rather than purchasing an after market version. I will need to look at it more closely to determine if my sikills are up to the challenge. I drilled out the limber holes in my VII and that was a chore, now looking at more limber holes AND slats in the main deck. Sheesh I must be crazy. I will however buy a deck gun for it. It just looks to barren without one...oh and a few little people to ride on it.
