My entry will be USS Enterprise CV6 as it was in 1942 for Battle of Santa Cruz (I think that's the version in this box)
Photo etch will be the Infini set. Only thing missing is a decent number of planes for the flight deck.
cheers
Michael
Very nice choice Michael, the infini upgrades look very good too.

Simon,
Can I participate with my Fujimi IJN Shokaku? It has been started but I have only completed the starboard side gun tubs and some work on the flight deck.
Thanks
Dave

Over the last few weeks I have bought the following 1/700 kits:
HMS Hermes 1982 Orange Hobby
HMS Hermes 1942 Flyhawk
HMS Victorious 1970 Orange Hobby
HMS Ocean 2010 Orange Hobby
I should be able to do at least one of these for the build. I have several other carriers as well.

Hi Graham,
Welcome aboard, that is a great selection, any of those would be very welcome. (I would love to see any / all of those in a bit larger scale, my eyesight isn't up to 1/700 any more.)

Si,
I would like to see them in 1/350 as well, but unlikely.
For each of the Hermes kits I have their escorts as well, HMAS Vampire for 1942 and HMS Broadsword for 1982, but those are for another day.
BTW, your work on here has inspired me to get back into ships, so big thanks.

I would be in with Trumpeter's A6E - TRAM. Flying off the Carl Vinson.

Here is the aircraft in the bone yard.

That is very kind of you to say Graham, I am looking forward to seeing your builds come to fruition.
Nice to have the escorts for the big ships too.

Hmmm...
Pretty sure this would qualify. It would be different. But do I want to add one more campaign?

I think I’ll be in with the CVL-22 from dragon if started builds are allowed, or I have the Hornet. But would need to source a photo etch set.

Hi Michael,
Looks good to me, the box art does show it taking off from a carrier!
Nice choice.
