Hi Russ,
wasn't it "insanity; doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results"
, in my defence, I will doing the same thing over and over again; and hoping for the same result.
and don't forget "only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity; and I am not sure about the universe"
I will admit I am a little mad, but then I think most modellers are, but in a good way.
Cheers

Si, I'll bet the micro-assembly is a challenge, but in the end those 20mm singles and especially that 40mm quad look fantastic!

Hi Tim & Mark,
It is a bit of a challenge, I have a production line going for the 20mm, ten or so at a time, that way I don't get bogged down. The quad 40s are a one a time job as there are only six.
Thanks for looking in.

More 20mm action.
Paint going on the first ten
The first ten completed. The recoil springs have been picked out in a steel colour and washed with gloss dark brown to give an oily finish.
And seven more coming on.
The first ten fitted.

Si,
Very nice looking 20mms. I am sure they look better on the deck than the kit supplied ones.

fitted.
started on the Island, just to do something different.
and the wildcats that will go on the flightdeck.
More soon.

DITTO! By the length of that new bench you are not planning on buying a 1/100 Bismark...LOL.

Thanks Russ, Mark
It does give me room working on the big builds and space for Young Duster if he chooses to join me at the bench.
Cheers
Si,
Bye the bye, I don't think Mrs Duster would be happy if brought a 1/100th Bismarck, If I was lucky I might end up sleeping on the bench,
