Bjorn,

I really like the banner!

I should learn to do that sometime.

Thanks Steve

I was just fiddling around a bit. I was hoping that the other shipmates would also catch the fever and start inventing some banners for the upcoming dreadnought campaign.

We saw some awesome banners for the DDD, so now we'll have to go for even better!!

So guys, it's time to stretch the limits of your overworked imagination even a little bit more and design the ultimate dreadnought banner.

We can keep this thread especially for that purpose. Post your creations here and shock the world!

Let's get that dreadnought fever burning!!!!!

And get back to swabbing the deck after that sailors!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My big summerproject would have been perfect!!!
It is the Tamiya 1/350 King George V. Improved, hopefully, with the White Ensign PE-set (which looks awesome and intimidating).

Unfortunately I have to build it over the summer, as I am certain to have no time ones university starts again. And I would not want to risk not finishing it.

Today I made the first little start (make wooden support for construction. To do it I use the trick I saw someone else use (drill holes in bottom, glue bolts on inside). Also dryfitted the deck (just to get an impression). Apart from a small gap on the bow, it really looks the business.

So I am sorry, I can't join the campaign...

Harm.

Dutchbird sorry you won't be abe to officially join the Dreadnaught campaign, but you are definitely one of us ..I've done the KGV and it is a fairly easy, straightforward, and fun kit. I know you'll enjoy making it as much as I did.
