Is this the USS Franklin? Or some other carrier being scrapped? When was the photo taken?

I had to cut and past from the properties on the photo to see it, otherwise the dreaded red X. I'm going to give a guess and say this is how she looked getting back to the States after the damage she received.

Well I'm getting the dreaded red x but as the picture has been identified, I can pretty much guess what it looks like having seen the documentary on the Franklin a couple of times. Pretty awful stuff. You ought see the pics from the plane crash on board the Nuc Enterprize during Viet Nam.
