Tom's Modelworks,known for their photoetch sets, will be releasing their first two 1/700 scale kits: USS Enterprise(CV-6)and USS Yorktown(CV-5).

Both kits represent these famous carriers in their 1942 configuration. Yorktown is modeled as she was at the Battle of Midway. Enterprise will have different parts for her fits at the Battle of Midway, Eastern Solomons and Santa Cruz Islands. Also included with both kits is an all-new, extensive, brass etch detail set, a comprehensive decal set and 9 aircraft(3 SBDs,3 TBDs &3 F4Fs).
