For your Battle of the Atlantic vessels, 2 new camouflage color sets in the 'Western Approaches' schemes are now available.
Both sets are comprised of water soluble acrylic colors for paint brushing or airbrushing on plastic, resin, metal, vinyl, wood, cloth and ceramic.

Set 1 is for early war colors and includes 6 satin finishing high pigment colors:

UA 631 Admiralty Dark Grey (507 A)
UA 632 Admiralty Medium Grey (507 B)
UA 633 Admiralty Light Grey (507 C)
UA 634 Dark Blue Black (MS 1)
UA 635 Medium Green-grey (MS 3)
UA 636 Dark Blue-grey (B 5)

Set 2 also has 6 satin finish colors for late war schemes.

UA 637 White
UA 638 W.A Blue
UA 639 W.A Green
UA 640 Semtex White
UA 641 Semtex Green
UA 642 Corticene

Michael could I just point out that Lifecolor is a product of Astromodel and that Airbrushes.com is an importer. As for the paint sets, I'll be getting both sets as I use mostly Lifecolor paints

These should be very popular for naval modelers. I'd like to build a corvette with the green color.

Now that White Ensign Models has been sold off, it's great news that someone will be providing maritime colors. Would love to see the U-boat colors next, especially things like _Schiffbodenfarbe_ and other esoteric hues.

Hi Bill, Correct me if I am wrong but does LIFECOLOR not already make 2 sets of Kriegsmarine colors, which are applicable to u boats? Set 1 German Navy WWII Set 2 U Bootwaffe Cheers, Joe

Quite right Joe, they also do two US Navy sets and an Italian navy set, just need a Japanese navy set or two and some French and Soviet paints then most colours will be available in acrylic for those of us that prefer it to enamel.
