Two new PE sets for modern Royal Navy vessels from Atlantic Models. One is of railings and ladders and the other is of watertight doors.

The railings and latter set (No. ATEM 35010) includes the modern style offset railings, handrails and a selection of various inclined and vertical ladders.

Next, the doors set (No. ATEM 35011) is a small set of watertight doors aimed at the recent kits of the Type 23 Frigates, HMS Illustrious and Type 45 Destroyers from Trumpeter and Airfix kits (No.s T4545, A14201, A12203) in 1/350 scale.

It contains standard and QR waffle pattern doors that are found on most modern RN ships. A section of the special type of doors found on the Type 21 Frigates and a section of the QR Type doors that are fitted to the Type 45 Destroyers. These are etched on a slightly heavier gauge brass than normal to give a better definition to the pattern.
